Questions
Why does structured data matter for AI shopping?
AI assistants and Google Shopping match shoppers' questions ("a red cotton dress under $50") against product fields like category, color and material. If those fields are empty, your product is much less likely to be shown.
Will it change my products without asking?
No. Every fix waits in Review until you approve it. On Growth and Pro you can choose to auto-apply only high-confidence fixes, and those can still be undone.
Does the AI make things up?
It may only choose categories, attributes and values that Shopify provides, and descriptions are written from facts already in your product data. You review everything before it goes live.
What happens if I cancel?
Changes you've applied stay in your store. Your plan goes back to Free. If you uninstall, all your data is deleted from our servers within 48 hours.
Which languages are supported?
The app is in English. The AI writes alt text and descriptions in the language of your product.
